294.2Question: What does it mean to implement connection correctly in a world group to be as one ten?

Answer: It means trying to help everyone, coming together around a single center, gathering together, uniting, turning to the Creator, and waiting for His help.

Question: What is striving to see the Creator before me?

Answer: It means seeing the force that pulls you forward, that guides you through Egypt, exiles, and various difficulties with your friends.

Question: Does Pharaoh die naturally or is he killed by the Creator when it is time to leave Egypt?

Answer: I do not think we can witness Pharaoh’s death yet. It means the death of all egoism existing in all people on Earth. Can you imagine what we will come to then? Complete correction.

In One Common Circle

944Question: On one hand there is a union of language, silence. On the other hand, there is a great desire to speak, to spread. How can we combine these two great desires?

Answer: First there should be a desire to unite in tens, then in hundreds, in thousands.

If people have such an opportunity, then they should expand the circle in which they are more and more, wider and wider, until this whole circle includes all of humanity.

The Main Focus of Efforts

625.07Question: How can you change an egoistic prayer into a correct one so the Creator begins to act?

Answer: The desires we feel in our impulses are neither egoistic nor altruistic. It is just a feeling of being created as I am, and this is my desire.

Afterward, through our development, we give the desire a vector when we direct it at the ten, the whole of humanity, and the Creator.

That is how we want to see the whole system: man, the ten, humanity, that is, the entire world Kli, and the Creator together. That is the main focus and goal of our efforts.

Therefore, we must imagine the picture we want to achieve during prayer.

For the Sake of Connecting with Others

938.01Question: The physical body does not let go of the desire to receive for its own sake. What can be effective here in order to still be able to get out of it?

Answer: Connect with your friends and perform this action together with them.

It will not work out if you are alone because everything is built so that a person learns to neglect himself for the sake of connection with others and can connect with them.

Question: Which is more important: the effort to find out the conditions or the effort to make them change faster?

Answer: Both are hard. But first you need to clarify the state itself, get disgusted with it, rise above it, contact the Creator, and ask Him from there to allow you to raise all your qualities to this degree.

The Creator’s Mercy

534Question: It is said that descents are given so that a person feels that they are in exile and asks for mercy. Why is it necessary to ask for mercy specifically?

Answer: Because it helps you when you turn to the Creator and draw His attention to you.

Mercy is when the Creator takes into account your descent and wishes to help you.

Question: But we know that the Creator always hears our prayers. What is special about the moment when He shows mercy?

Answer: When you show the same mercy to each other, then the Creator acts the same way toward you.

Amicable Exit from Egypt

749.02Question: How can we imagine that our ten left Egypt? What is this state? Are there any external signs?

Answer: There cannot be any external signs. It is inner work.

Leaving Egypt means uniting with each other, and with the entire world group and a huge number of people as much as possible. We cannot even imagine how many of us there are: hundreds of thousands.

We must consider how to support all our friends so they do not fall and become disappointed with their chosen path. It is essential now, because the closer we are to the goal, the more difficult it is for us to take every step.

Question: Do individual people come out of Egypt first, and then the whole ten, or the whole ten at once?

Answer: The whole ten. Not just the whole ten, but the entire world, Kli, everyone who belongs and connects to our path.

Question: Some of our ten attend the lessons daily and some do not. Will we be able to leave Egypt only when everyone understands the added importance of lessons and our purpose?

Answer: Yes, it will be so. The importance of the goal, the realization, the sensation, and the desire for greater connection with each other will constantly grow until practically the whole world joins us.

Break Away from Intentions for Your Own Sake

232.03Question: Why is the place of Klipot called an empty place if there is also the upper light that animates them?

Answer: No, it is not the upper light. It is a very small dim light that supports the existence of the Klipot (the egoistic desires for oneself) until we correct them.

Rising above the Klipot is due to the fact that we do not want to use desires for our own sake, but we strive for all this to be for the sake of our friends and for the sake of the Creator.

Question: How can we make sure that this is more due to the greatness of the Creator and not to the awareness of the harm of the desire to receive?

Answer: If you think correctly, you will want to break away from your intentions for yourself and connect all your intentions to the Creator for His sake.

Don’t Do Things that Don’t Advance Us

508.2Question: If the effort is to not do something, how can we increase that?

Answer: There are efforts that must be made to not do something bad, even if you really want to.

Therefore, it is necessary to avoid such thoughts and actions.

We must constantly draw closer to each other and strive toward the Creator. But there are intentions and desires that are against it and pull us aside.

We must act against them, meaning not do something that does not benefit us and does not advance us toward the goal of creation.

So just close your eyes and advance toward each other, help your friends, open your hearts to them.

Open Your Eyes

945Question: How do you prepare the hearts in the ten to feel the need for the Creator’s help if you feel that hearts are closed, that they are asleep?

It seems like you need help, but you cannot even ask.

Answer: Pray that all of you unite and ask.

Comment: I am praying, but it feels like it is getting worse.

Answer: No, it is not getting worse. It is just that you actually begin to see that the Creator is hidden from you.

Cultivate the Quality of Giving

938.01Question: What are the actions where there is no pleasure for the desire to receive and only for the desire to give through friends to the Creator?

Answer: These are acts of giving—actions opposite to egoism.

To translate this action into ever closer unity with our friends, we need to accept the obligation that instead of hatred between us, at least in the ten, we want to become close friends who help each other.

Question: What is a genuine spiritual action? How can we, by working in the ten and making efforts, invoke mutual pleasure in each other so that together we can enjoy mutual giving and thereby give to the Creator?

Answer: We cannot do this because we are born and raised in the quality of egoism. But gradually, by working on ourselves, we attain a negative attitude toward egoism and eventually acquire opposite qualities: love for others, love for the Creator, and altruism.
